Paula Records

Paula Records on vinyl: soul, jazz and Cajun from Louisiana

In short: Paula Records came from Shreveport in Louisiana and belonged to Stan Lewis’s family of labels. Its catalogue was as varied as the South itself: soul and gospel, New Orleans jazz, country – and the spoken Cajun stories of humorist Justin Wilson. The Vinyl Room currently has 11 records on Paula Records.
