What makes Paul Winley Records special?

“Super Disco Brake’s” came before the better-known “Ultimate Breaks & Beats” series and collected the grooves DJs played in the Bronx and Harlem. We have volumes of this series, plus “Zulu Nation Throw Down” by Afrika Bambaataa with the Zulu Nation and the Harlem Underground Band.

The Harlem Underground Band stands for the label’s funk – with “Smokin Cheeba-Cheeba” and a version of “Ain’t No Sunshine”. Plus “I Believe In The Wheel Of Fortune” by Tanya and Paulette Winley, “Soul Makossa” by The Mighty Tom Cats and Cymande’s “Bra”.
