What makes AVI Records special?

Behind El Coco and Le Pamplemousse were the same Los Angeles producers, Laurin Rinder and W. Michael Lewis – studio projects with strings, percussion and plenty of tempo. Lowrell Simon released the album “Lowrell” in 1979, which features “Mellow Mellow Right On”.

Plus the funk of Captain Sky with “Pop Goes The Captain”, the ghostly disco of Casper’s “Groovy Ghost Show”, Doris Jones with “Suddenly I’m Alive” and The Don DeGrate Delegation with “I Wanna Be Ready”.
