Shipping & Payment
We ship within Europe. Many of our records are sent to us from our partner’s warehouse in Copenhagen first, so please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The delivery period starts on the day after your payment (PayPal, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link), or on the day after you instruct your bank to make the transfer.

Versandkosten
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the number of records. The amounts are final prices including VAT. The exact amount is always shown in the cart before you place your order. There is no free shipping.

For 4 or more records, the shipping costs are calculated in the cart. For Cyprus, 33.00 EUR applies to the whole order. If the cart does not show a shipping option for a very large order, please write to us.
Payment
You can pay with PayPal, by credit or debit card (also with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, processed by Stripe) or by bank transfer (prepayment). Card payments are charged when you place the order; on your statement they appear as “SHOP.MICHAEL45.COM” (Michael Ludwigs Agentur, operator of The Vinyl Room). With bank transfer you will find our bank details in the order confirmation email; we ship as soon as your payment has arrived.
Pick-up in Düsseldorf
For delivery addresses in Germany you can choose free pick-up at The Vinyl Room record store, Ludenberger Straße 13, 40629 Düsseldorf (Fri 11–19, Sat 10–18). We will let you know when your records are ready.
Customs (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway)
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping costs. As every country has different regulations, the carrier may ask you to pay them on delivery. We will not understate or lower the declared value of any international shipment. Doing so is unlawful.
Delivery problems
Please make sure that your contact and shipping details are correct when you order. If your tracking information says the order has been delivered but it has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 5 business days, at [email protected]. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What happens if I refuse a delivery?
If you refuse to accept a delivery without having withdrawn from the contract and without a valid reason (for example, a visibly damaged parcel), we may charge you the costs actually incurred as a result, such as return shipping and any import charges. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Wir liefern innerhalb Europas. Viele Platten kommen zunächst aus dem Lager unseres Partners in Kopenhagen zu uns, die Lieferzeit beträgt deshalb 3 bis 7 Werktage (Montag bis Freitag, ohne Feiertage). Die Frist beginnt am Tag nach deiner Zahlung (PayPal, Karte, Apple Pay, Google Pay oder Link) bzw. am Tag nach deinem Überweisungsauftrag an deine Bank.

Die Versandkosten richten sich nach Zielland und Anzahl der Platten (Tabelle oben; zum Beispiel Deutschland und Dänemark 8,99 € für 1 Platte, 11,99 € für 2–3 Platten; ab 4 Platten im Warenkorb berechnet; Zypern 33,00 € je Bestellung). Wenn bei einer sehr großen Bestellung keine Versandart angezeigt wird, schreib uns bitte. Die Beträge sind Endpreise inkl. MwSt. Der genaue Betrag steht immer im Warenkorb, bevor du bestellst. Es gibt keinen versandkostenfreien Versand. In Deutschland ist kostenlose Abholung im Plattenladen The Vinyl Room, Ludenberger Straße 13, 40629 Düsseldorf möglich (Fr 11–19, Sa 10–18).
Bezahlen kannst du mit PayPal, mit Kredit- oder Debitkarte (auch mit Apple Pay, Google Pay oder Link, abgewickelt über Stripe) oder per Überweisung (Vorkasse). Kartenzahlungen werden beim Abschluss der Bestellung belastet; auf deiner Abrechnung steht „SHOP.MICHAEL45.COM“ (Michael Ludwigs Agentur, Betreiberin von The Vinyl Room). Die Bankverbindung steht in der Bestellbestätigung; wir versenden, sobald die Zahlung eingegangen ist.
Zölle und Einfuhrabgaben (Vereinigtes Königreich, Schweiz, Norwegen) sind in den Versandkosten nicht enthalten. Lieferprobleme meldest du bitte möglichst schnell, am besten innerhalb von 5 Werktagen, an [email protected]; deine gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben unberührt. Verweigerst du die Annahme, ohne den Vertrag widerrufen zu haben und ohne berechtigten Grund (zum Beispiel ein sichtbar beschädigtes Paket), können wir die dadurch tatsächlich entstandenen Kosten berechnen; dein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht bleibt unberührt.
